EJGH's Nutrition Services will demonstrate and discuss several healthy holiday recipes suitable for the holiday season. All participants will be served a sample of all the dishes prepared. The menu is Roast Turkey Breast with Orange Cranberry Sauce, Cornbread Dressing, Green Beans with Red Onions and Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing and Pumpkin Mousse Parfait.
