The Guest Services Department provides Guest Service Liaisons to act as intermediaries for patients, family members and visitors while creating a warm, caring environment to facilitate the flow of information. Guest Service Liaisons are available to visit patients daily to act as advocates and ensure patient satisfaction.
We are committed to providing patients, family members and visitors with an avenue to have concerns or complaints addressed and resolved. Confidentiality is highly respected and maintained.

Guest Service Liaisons are available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 504-503-4837. Administrative Representatives are available after hours by dialing the hospital operator at 504-503-4000.
At EJGH, the comfort and satisfaction of our patients is a top priority. That is why part of the Guest Services initiative includes Concierge Service.
Any patient with a non-clinical need such as a food, maintenance or a cleanliness issue can phone a Guest Services Concierge Representative, who will be happy to fulfill the request.
Internet services are available in the Guest Services Center, Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4:30 pm, and are provided at no charge to patients and their families.
Foreign language interpretation services are available at no charge. Certified sign language interpreters are also available for the hearing impaired. Contact the Guest Services Center or ask your nurse to assist you.
