This six week program, composed of 24 training sessions, will meet four times per week for 75 minutes per session. Two sessions will be conducted at The Fitness Principle in two groups of five. Two sessions will be conducted at your school with the team (ten athletes).
The per session price for each athlete is $41.66. We have discounted this price from our normal per session rate of $80.00.
