James N. Mansfield IV, M.D.

Dr. James Mansfield was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He received his Doctorate from LSU Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine. He also completed his Internal Medicine Residency Program at LSU Health Sciences Center. He enjoys listening to live music, biking, traveling and watching history films. He’s also happily married to a New Orleans native.

Dr. Van Le was born and raised in Vietnam. In 1978, he received his Doctorate from Saigon Medical School in Vietnam and moved to the United States. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Tulane University. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Rhonda Fleishmann, N.P.

Rhonda Fleishmann, an Alabama native, is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her training at the University of South Alabama.

Erin Jiminez, NP

Erin received her Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Science Center. She has been a practicing nurse since 2002. Erin is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is licensed in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners, and Basic Life Support.

Tara Rice, N.P.

Tara Rice received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University School of Nursing. She is a member of Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also certified in Basic Life Support and Botox and Facial Fillers.

Trang Bordes, NP

Trang Bordes received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center and her Master of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. She also speaks two languages, Vietnamese and English.

Adrienne F. Cotaya, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-S

Adrienne Cotaya received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support. She is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Fall Prevention Committee.

Raymond L. Pregeant, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Raymond Pregeant is a licensed and certified family nurse practitioner with more than 5 years of experience in emergency care, critical care, psychiatric care, community health, home health and preventive care of chronic illnesses and general wellness. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center and his Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine.

Carol F. Guidry, MSN, ANP-C

Carol Guidry received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University of New Orleans. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse in 1988 and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2011. She is a member of the American Geriatric Society, Gerontology Association of Nurse Practitioners and Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Staff

The East Jefferson Internal Medicine staff consists of a dedicated group of professionals who aid in the daily operations. They set up appointments, assist in procedures, and help the patients as they move through the process of being treated for a variety of conditions.
