Frederick Dantagnan, M.D.

Frederick Dantagnan, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Dantagnan completed his undergraduate education at Louisiana State University and his medical training at Louisiana State University School of Medicine.

Michael Hulin, MD

Dr. Michael Hulin received his Doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed his residency at East Jefferson General Hospital in Family Medicine in 2014. His professional interests include nutrition, physical fitness, and sports medicine. Dr. Hulin enjoys home improvement projects and reading in his free time.

Dr. Hulin is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians, Jefferson Parish Medical Society and Louisiana State Medical Society.

Jenna Jordan, M.D.

Dr. Jenna Jordan arrives at East Jefferson General Hospital as a board certified physician by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. A lifelong resident of Louisiana, she completed her medical school and internal medicine residency training at LSUHSC School of Medicine in New Orleans, where she served as chief resident.

David M. Klibert, M.D.

Dr. Klibert is a graduate of LSUHSC School of Medicine. He completed his residency at LSUHSC School of Medicine of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. He began working at East Jefferson General Hospital in July of 2014.

Arnold Lupin, M.D.

Arnold Lupin, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, attended Louisiana State University for his undergraduate education and Louisiana State University School of Medicine for his medical training.

Robert McCord, M.D.

Robert McCord, a native of Donaldsonville, Louisiana, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. McCord attended Tulane University for his undergraduate education and the Tulane University School of Medicine for his medical training.

Brian Naccari, M.D.

Brian Naccari, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Naccari attended the Louisiana State University for his undergraduate education and the Louisiana State University School of Medicine for his medical training.

Robert L. Pollock, M.D.

Robert L. Pollock, a native of Orange County, New Jersey, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Pollock completed his medical training at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine.

David St. Germain, M.D.

David St. Germain is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. St. Germain completed his undergraduate education at Louisiana State University and his medical training at Louisiana State University School of Medicine.

James N. Mansfield IV, M.D.

Dr. James Mansfield was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He received his Doctorate from LSU Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine. He also completed his Internal Medicine Residency Program at LSU Health Sciences Center. He enjoys listening to live music, biking, traveling and watching history films. He’s also happily married to a New Orleans native.

Nurse Practitioners

Rhonda Fleishmann, N.P.

Rhonda Fleishmann, an Alabama native, is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her training at the University of South Alabama.

Erin Jiminez, NP

Erin received her Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Science Center. She has been a practicing nurse since 2002. Erin is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is licensed in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners, and Basic Life Support.

Adrienne F. Cotaya, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-S

Adrienne Cotaya received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support. She is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Fall Prevention Committee.

Raymond L. Pregeant, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Raymond Pregeant is a licensed and certified family nurse practitioner with more than 5 years of experience in emergency care, critical care, psychiatric care, community health, home health and preventive care of chronic illnesses and general wellness. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center and his Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine.

Carol F. Guidry, MSN, ANP-C

Carol Guidry received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University of New Orleans. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse in 1988 and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2011. She is a member of the American Geriatric Society, Gerontology Association of Nurse Practitioners and Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Staff

The East Jefferson Internal Medicine staff consists of a dedicated group of professionals who aid in the daily operations. They set up appointments, assist in procedures, and help the patients as they move through the process of being treated for a variety of conditions.
