Join Nola Nesting at East Jefferson General Hospital for a screening of BREASTMILK: The Movie, created by filmmaker Dana Ben-Ari and produced by Abby Epstein and Ricky Lake. This movie explores the cultural constructs that make breastfeeding daunting for so many women and examines why breastfeeding is such a hot topic in our society. The film follows a diverse group of expectant mothers as they navigate their pregnancy, birth and their baby’s first year.
