Outdoor Boot Camp

Outdoor Boot Camp training focuses on getting you the results you want – a fit, toned body. If you are looking to jumpstart your fitness program, then this class is for you! Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast, or just tired of the same old routine, come try this completely fun approach to exercise!

Outdoor boot camp is a six-week course, 12-session outdoor fitness program led by Wellness Center personal trainers. Sessions are packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase strength and stamina...or just feel your best again, this program is for you.

Sessions are available at the following days and times:

  • Monday/Wednesday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
  • Monday/Wednesday: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
  • Tuesday/Thursday: 12:00pm - 1:00 p.m.

The next session begins October 1, 2018.

Registration ends September 24, 2018! 

Cost: $69 for Wellness Center members and EJGH Team members, $89 for non-members.
