Chi Kung (study of energy) is the basis of all Tai Chi practice.
Primary goals of Chi Kung postures and movements are to:
*Heighten awareness of the energy in the body. Learn how to generate, cultivate and move the energy where
*Develop physical stamina.
*Promote Relaxation, Harmony and Balance
The goals are achieved through stretching exercises, Standing postures, repetitive movements and abdominal breath technique.
Class is on Mondays at 6:00pm to 7:00pm at City Park.
The fee is 5.00 dollars per class but is free to Wellness Center members and NOMA members.
