Anna Beggs began her career in the world of wellness as a yoga teacher in 2010. After teaching yoga full time for a few years, she earned her personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2014. Since then, she has taught and trained at gyms and studios throughout the city, specializing in high intensity interval training, strength training, and therapeutic exercise for people who are injured and/or limited.
Anna’s approach to exercise is characterized by strong alignment principles, creating challenge within safe and effective movements, and finding freedom and well-being in the body. “The purpose of our training may be physical, but the greatest reward of physical fitness goes beyond the body— it leads to improved quality of life, mental clarity, and self-worth.
