Jessie received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiotherapy and her masters in Sports Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. She has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2006. Jessie holds several certifications in Aquatic Exercise (AEA), Personal Training (ACE), Les Mills BODY PUMP, Les Mills RPM, and Water Safety. She also has been acknowledged as a “Great 39″ team member for the hospital. For 6 years Jessie has worked at the Wellness Center teaching land and water classes, serving as a full-time Health Fitness Instructor, shift lead and a personal trainer for the Wellness Center.
Jessie has always had a passion for fitness and has played a variety of sports since she was 6. In the past she has been an assistant coach for a local varsity high school soccer team and head JV coach, a canoeing instructor for an all-girls summer camp, played intramural cabbage ball, softball and soccer and currently enjoys biking, volleyball and tennis. Jessie’s goal is to motivate people to be excited about exercise and to have a more fulfilled and healthy life.
