Katie received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She has worked in the fitness industry since 2003. She has taught numerous classes including spinning, indoor and outdoor boot camp style classes, low impact, core and stretching classes. Katie has also trained a variety of clients being a personal trainer.
Katie has always been passionate about being fit and active. She has played sports starting at a young age even into the collegiate level. She also competes in obstacle course racing when she can fit it in. Katie believes that exercise should be something you want to do, not have to do. She also believes that exercise should be fun because laughter is the best exercise!
