Ryan is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University. Playing sports has given Ryan his passion for fitness. Throughout his life he has been very involved in sports, mainly baseball, basketball, and golf. Ryan has been a Personal Trainer since 2010 and has experience training clients ranging from youth, high school/college/professional athletes, to adult fitness. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle/strength building, sports performance, endurance, flexibility, or injury prevention, he has the knowledge and experience to develop the right program for you.
